首先感謝各位星期二中午的共襄盛舉,使打掃活動能快速且順利地完成。
當天已完成打掃工作的同學、學長姊，向你們致上最真誠的謝意，
當天有事未能參與的同學、學長姊，請在下列時間中，挑選能夠參與的時間，
一起進行打掃活動。
5/13 (二) 或5/20 (二) 中午12:30
請需要參加的人，確定時間後以e-mail回覆 (p.s.請記得附上姓名)
若這兩個時間仍無法參與，也請以e-mail回覆，再做討論，謝謝。

To every fellows and seniors at 7th floor:

We first appreciate you joining the cleanup on Tuesday afternoon
and making the activity efficiently and successfully, and send our
compliments to those who have accomplished the cleanup works.

For others who didn’t participate, please choose one available time
as following to finish the cleanup works:
5/13 (Tuesday) 12:30pm or
5/20 (Tuesday) 12:30pm
Besides, please reply us an e-mail with your name and direct time.
If these two times still unavailable for you, please also reply us an
e-mail, and we can discuss further.
